InShape for Life Health Clubs

Aim to help our members develop a healthy exercise habit, and change their lifestyles 'for life'. Our supportive staff coupled with our unique programs are instrumental in creating that healthy-lifestyle habit. Most importantly, we avoid the 'churn and burn' approach used by some gyms. Our holistic approach to health and exercise aims to keep our members active and in shape for life.

InShape Women Studios

InShape Women is a women’s only exercise and wellness studio offering fitness and nutritional weight loss programs specially designed for women by fitness and nutrition professionals. Our experienced and highly trained exercise specialists will design programs to ensure members achieve their fitness and weight loss goals.

Swimways Swim Schools

Teach more than 20,000 students to swim each week across Australia and New Zealand. The program offers structured classes for babies, toddlers, school aged children, adults, the elderly and those with a disability. Our 'skills based' program teaches swimming and water safety - essential life skills in the Australian environment.

Swimways Safety Services provides high quality, consistently safe operations of LeisureCo managed aquatic centres. The face of this brand are the Swimways Lifeguards, who are all RLSSA qualified. They provide a fun and energetic aquatic environment for our customers, but above all ensure our pools are safe.
