LeisureCo is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Leisure Australia Foundation. The Foundation is a philanthropic entity with an aim to develop programs and initiatives that promote an active lifestyle.

Chaired by Robert de Castella MBE the Foundation has previously funded and managed programs such as the successful Active Australia Day attracting approximately 1 million participants across Australia. The Foundation has also successfully influenced government to allocate greater resources to target increased participation and the obesity problem.

LeisureCo is a unique and highly ethical service provider. Its corporate culture is strongly influenced by a belief in the personal and community benefits of healthy active leisure pursuits. LeisureCo has a commercial focus, however it also recognises the need to balance this with both social and environmental considerations.
