InShape Women Studios are a women-only style wellness club, offering a unique mix of fully qualified trainers, a twelve week nutrional program and a focus on women's health issues.

InShape Women provides a holistic approach to women's health, to provide an opportunity for teaching women how to take responsibility for their own health through a proactive approach to diet and exercise. This will also give women a greater understanding of the indicators of health as women move through the different stages of life.

InShape Women Studios are situated in close proximity to local shopping precincts with studios already open in Henley Beach and Woodcroft, South Australia.
